Welcome to TaxFunders Financial Group. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our Credit and Financial Strategy pages at credit.taxfunders.com, our free educational resources, and our free consultations. Until our new website launches, www.taxfunders.com remains covered by its own terms; from that launch, these Terms also apply to it. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms.

Paid services are provided under separate agreements, as explained in Section 3.

1. Who We Are

These Terms are offered by TaxFunders Financial Group LLC (“TaxFunders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Our Services

TaxFunders Financial Group provides three services:

• Credit & Financial Strategy. We review your credit reports with you, help identify information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable, prepare and submit disputes on your behalf, and provide credit education and a personalized strategy toward your financial goals. These services are subject to the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and to Florida law governing credit service organizations.
• Financial Reset Program. Personalized coaching for budgeting, cash flow, debt management, savings, and accountability. Financial Reset does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee a specific result or timeline.
• Tax Preparation. Preparation and filing of tax returns and related services. TaxFunders is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS.

All services are provided based on the information you voluntarily submit and on information we obtain from authorized sources, such as your credit reports.

3. Website Use, Educational Resources, and Client-Service Agreements

These Terms govern your use of our websites, our free educational resources (including the Credit Blueprint and, when our new website launches, the Free Learning Center), and our free consultations.

Paid services are provided under the agreement or engagement terms for that service. Our Credit & Financial Strategy services are provided under our six-month client agreement, which you review and sign during the free consultation registration. That agreement, together with the disclosures provided with it, sets out the services, fees, payment timing, term, and your cancellation rights. If these Terms conflict with your service agreement, the service agreement controls for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under your service agreement or under applicable law.

4. Educational Information Is Not Individual Professional Advice

Our websites, the Credit Blueprint, the Free Learning Center (when our new website launches), and our other educational content provide general information to help you understand credit, money, and taxes. That content is not legal, tax, investment, or lending advice for your individual situation. Advice about your own situation is provided only within a service you request.

TaxFunders is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

5. Free Consultations and Registration

Our consultations are free.

To prepare for a Credit & Financial Strategy consultation, you complete a brief consultation registration and review and sign our six-month client agreement before your consultation. You also set up Credit Hero Score, a third-party credit monitoring service that provides access to your Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion reports. It is a separate subscription, billed by its provider, with its own renewal and cancellation terms, and you are responsible for canceling it if you do not wish to continue it.

If you decide not to enroll after your consultation, you owe TaxFunders nothing and have no continuing program obligations.

If you choose to enroll during your consultation, we activate your paid program under the same agreement you signed at registration; no second agreement is signed.

6. No Guarantee; Results Vary

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Credit score increases
• Account deletions
• Loan or financing approvals
• Financial results
• The amount or timing of any tax refund

Credit score increases, account deletions, and financing approvals are not guaranteed. Results vary based on individual circumstances, credit reporting updates, and investigation outcomes. TaxFunders Financial Group is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not make lending decisions.

Information on a credit report that is accurate, complete, timely, and verifiable may remain on that report. Reviews describe individual experiences; results vary based on individual circumstances and are not guaranteed.

7. Fees and Payments

Fees, payment timing, and billing for paid services are set out in your service agreement. For Credit & Financial Strategy, the First Work Fee is scheduled seven days after you choose to enroll, and we perform and send our initial work before collecting it. As federal law requires, we do not charge or receive payment for a credit repair service before that service has been fully performed.

Third-party services you choose or are asked to use, such as Credit Hero Score, are billed by those providers under their own terms. TaxFunders may receive affiliate compensation from Credit Hero Score.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel the Credit & Financial Strategy program before completing its six-month term without an early termination penalty. Your agreement also explains your right to cancel within the period required by federal or Florida law, and how to give notice.

If you cancel, you remain responsible for any legitimate outstanding balance for services already fully performed, which we collect according to your signed agreement and applicable law. You will not be charged for future services that are not provided.

9. Your Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not misuse or abuse our services
• Cooperate during the service process
• Not ask us to dispute information you know to be accurate, or to make any untrue or misleading statement to a credit reporting agency or creditor

10. Communications and Text Messages

Providing your phone number does not, by itself, sign you up for promotional text messages. We send marketing text messages only to people who give their consent, for example by checking the separate, optional text-message consent box on our forms, which is unchecked unless you check it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

If you book a consultation or become a client, we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your appointment, registration, account, and services.

Message Terms:

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

We do not sell or share your personal information, including your mobile number, with third parties for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.

11. Third-Party Services and Websites

We use secure third-party platforms to deliver services, such as Credit Repair Cloud, Calendly, Credit Hero Score, and tax software. Your use of their pages is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the practices of those third parties. This does not limit our own responsibilities to you under your service agreement or applicable law.

12. Reviews

Nothing in these Terms restricts you from posting an honest review of our services.

13. Website Content

The content on our websites, including the Credit Blueprint, videos, graphics, and, when our new website launches, Learning Center articles, belongs to TaxFunders or its licensors. You may view, download, and share it for your personal, non-commercial use, including through the share options we provide. Please do not copy, sell, or republish it for any other purpose without our written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TaxFunders Financial Group is not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on general educational information on our websites. Our responsibilities for paid services are set out in your service agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right or remedy you have under laws that cannot be waived by agreement, including the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and Florida law.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Privacy

Your use of our websites and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
